It should be Zero Stars, this place should be investigated for misuse of personal funds, caring for of a loved one, personal items being stolen and not taking care of. Then another reason, family tried to come see our loved one and they didn't allow it, blamed it on the family. Management, People or someone needs to be investigated. It's a shame this is a place we in trust our loved ones and they allow them to just sit and waste away without proper care. I WOULD LIKE THE CEO OF THIS PLACE TO REACH BACK OUT WITH A PHONE OF CONTACT TO LET US OPEN UR EYES BEHIND THIS PLACE

Honestly? It's Like Being In Jail There. They Tell You When To Smoke, When To Eat, When To Take A Dump. It's Not Kosher. I Was Assaulted Multiple Times There By Some Crazy Woman. The Tampa PD Is There Like At Least Daily Or Every Other Day. The Facility Is Dirty And Run Down. It Is A Lockdown Facility. They Used To Take People To The "Family Dollar" Across The Street. Then They Stopped Doing That Because People Tried To Escape. Yeah. It Was Terrible. I Live In Daytona Now In My Own Apartment. And It Is Like 1000 Times Better Than This Place. I'm Lucky To Have Survived It. 😐

This place is horrible. One of the staff members hit my father. TPD was called and that staff members was let go.

If you care about your loved ones do not take them here. This place is filthy and smells like urine in the hallways. I been here many times as a visitor and was totally disgusted by the workers and managements lack of care for keeping this place clean at the least. I got the person that was here out. Buyer beware
