We couldn’t be more grateful for Century Pines. From the moment I began interviewing them, I felt a sense of warmth and genuine kindness. The staff here are not only professional and attentive but also truly compassionate. They treat residents like family, and it shows in every interaction. The facility itself is clean, bright, and thoughtfully laid out. It has a homey, comforting feel that puts both residents and their families at ease. There are a variety of activities offered daily that keep everyone engaged, including balloon ball, devotional, games and patio time/scenic drives, that help create a sense of belonging. What really stands out is the personal attention. The team took time to understand my Dad's needs, preferences, and history. They crafted a care plan that makes us feel confident and supported every step of the way. Meals are nutritious and made with care. Century Pines is a hidden gem that goes above and beyond. I definitely sleep better at night knowing Dad is safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. If you’re looking for a place that combines excellent care with heart, this is it.

Very quaint and unique facility for your loved ones to get the care they need and continue on living a good happy life. The owner and administrator are amazing and caring people who have been in this business a long time and who I would trust with my family.

Bedbugs, mold in rooms, uneven flooring and bugs all over kitchen. This place is disgusting and not safe.

Fantastic caring staff and home like atmosphere. Makes living there more like an apartment with friends than a sterile, hospital. I never mind going to see my mother there because it doesn't feel like a chore and depressing - It's nice. Surrounded by wonderful hills, trees and fields in Ozark Missouri. This would be a wonderful place to take one of your elderly loved ones. The grounds are constantly being updated and made interesting with lots of gardens and flower paths.
