Our life would be so much different and much more complicated without the services provided by Charter Senior Living of Jefferson City. Taylor, April, Emily, and ALL of the wonderful staff ladies are supportive and caring, and go the distance to ensure that professional and excellent care is being provided (sorry I can't name them all!). And the maintenance manager is always most helpful, doing whatever is required to provide comfort and security. Today we had to arrange a room move for my relative and the ladies made it nearly effortless with their assistance. I am thankful that we have them!

The staff at Charter, especially in Memory Care, was extraordinary with our 96-year-old mother. The manager of that area, April, treated our mother like her own mother with great care and love. Mom’s room was spacious, and her window looked out on the woods and her beloved bird feeders and cardinals. Very highly recommended.

I always enjoy my visits at Charter Senior Living. I dropped in to confirm a bible lesson on Sunday morning, and took the time me to visit with the staff and residents. I stayed and had lunch with some old and new friends. The facility is bright, clean, and inviting.

Very nice place. Clean and bright environment. Staff is excellent, patient's are well cared for. With many activities. It is not often that you find a place like this. If I lived closer I would have my mother there. Excellent FIve Star Community!!!!

They do not care it’s just an act. My grandmother is here and i thought she would be well taken care of. The first week she had a black eye. Has fallen more times here then she ever has in her life. They don’t dress her. I see other ppl that are staying there wearing my grandmothers clothing. They send her to the hospital weekly because of these falls. I’m just extremely disappointed. It looks nice and clean. It is. But the nurses or caregivers are not watching her.
