CHAPTERS LIVING OF JOPLIN

Chapters Living is a very family-oriented residential home. The staff here are all so welcoming, genuine and truly care about the health & well-being of the residents. I’ve noticed that they are always doing super fun, engaging activities. The Maintenance Men are all willing to help too, no matter how small/minor the issue is. Our Housekeeping Woman clean with a passion and are always keeping our residents happy. It is all around an amazing place to be. They also have an amazing Beauty Shop where they can get all fancy for ANY occasion or just to simply feel good about themselves. Chapters has been improving everyday. I highly recommend!!

They do not keep the expectations from the sales woman Bonnie. Can mor deliver as always excuses of being shorted staffed. Elevator breaks down often with even both elevators down at same time making it an unsafe place to live. Atmosphere is pleasant and rooms are nice size. Maintenance is excellent. Way over priced.

Spring river christian village is a wonderful place. Everyone there is kind and caring. We're like a big family. We enjoy each other company.

Spring River is an amazing community for all. The staff are always incredibly kind and caring about the residents. I was amazed at how long most of the associates had been there. You can tell the residents are happy and love their extended family! Highly recommend to anybody.

This is the worst place I have stayed at. Everything that could go upside down it did. I’m diabetic A1C yet they do not serve diabetic meals. They have not checked my blood once. Wrong medicine only giving me half dose had to use some of my own supplies. Transferred from Hospital and I think if I wasn’t aware of my health I’m not sure where I would be. Was suppose to get PT yet I have only once out of 4 days. I’m very un happy with this facility.
