I was looking for senior housing and from what I saw from the outside I never made it to the leasing office. The place is run down with mold on the outside of the building. All dumpsters was over flowing. People hanging out everywhere. Not quite what I was looking for. The rent should be lower.

They definitely lied on the website as that’s not how it looks in person! They leave the dumpsters overflowing which causes rodents, most residents of those living there aren’t properly vetted and smoke inside affecting the other senior residents. Bed bugs with pest control not doing due diligence spraying for the residents homes as a whole regularly, rude Managment and filthy living conditions yet they want the Seniors money on time every month! Absolutely horrible!

Certainly not fit for handicap or senior people. Some of these people coming in and caring for others are not CNAs they are not certified they are just caregivers and they really do not care. I certainly hope the new managers are better than the others. I will say they have their work cut out for them. I see you as I drive by there they have their work cut out for them. There's a lot of hanging out and hanging around the buildings in the cars

My son has lived there for the past two years. He really likes it. Whenever I visit his roommates are always very respectful. The unit is well kept. The grounds are clean. I also love that it is well lit at night. The office personnel are always nice and professional.
