Churchill Place is a nice place. My mom has been there almost 3 years. Brittany, Ria, Terri and Maria take really good care of her. James keeps you laughing and is always singing. Ismael is great at organizing the social events. JR does a good job keeping the food tasty. The monthly charge I wouldn't say is reasonable but I also wouldn't say it was pricey either. It just is.

All of these places that we trust to care for our elders and pay exorbitantly for their services are all the same. Thousands of $$$ monthly for bare minimum of care. They provide a what seemed a very sincere sales pitch which we so desperately wanted to believe, but alas, it was not the reality. The corporations or whatever entities that own reap the profits and pay peanuts to their workers and in the 2 facilities we have had our elders in were both understaffed. At least at the last one, our elder was always clean and so was the room. Not so much here that it just breaks my heart.

From the very beginning Churchill has been an excellent experience. The staff, directors, and all who work there are well trained, professional, concerned and knowledgeable. It is a comfort to know that my spouse is being cared for in a way that only professionals can do. The invoicing has been a bit of a challenge, but anticipate that will be resolved soon.

The staff is wonderful and kind to the resident. Terri and Damian have been especially patient and gentle with my mother. It’s comforting to know that my mom is receiving such good care. My mom even enjoys talking to Diane when she comes into clean.

Churchill Place has been a wonderful home for my mother-in-law! All of the staff is so attentive to June and they treat her like family! I especially want to mention Brittany, Ria, and Mala always are happy to help and make our visits so much easier!
