CHARTER SENIOR LIVING OF OAK OPENINGS

My sister is very well cared for and happy at Charter. The apts are spacious and beautiful with safety in mind. The staff does a wonderful job keeping the residents involved, engaged and active on a daily basis. From the moment you walk in, it is very welcoming and feels like home. They go out of their way to recognize, decorate and celebrate all the holidays with festivities. Kylie was very helpful and patient explaining the admission process and took the time to listen to our needs and concerns. She kept us informed on each detail and made sure all our questions were answered. I love the fact that it is a smaller community and feels more like family. The services include housekeeping, laundry and delicious meals are served in the dining room. It's very comforting and reassuring to know my sister is happy and content in her new home. 😊

I did a short term stay at Charter and the staff was so welcoming! My favorite part was spending time with Momo, Sally’s cat she’d bring in. I appreciate the loving kindness I received while staying here.

Both Mom and Dad are at Charter. They are doing well. Caregiver, Tolandra Douglas, really cares about her residents and goes above and beyond. She’s knowledgeable, experienced, and responsive and is truly appreciated.

Charter oskes is a very clean place. The aids are very good to my mom. They always helps her with showers anything really. It us a wonderful place. My mom really likes it

Our loved one has been at Charter for the past 6 months. It's so heartbreaking when you realize that you can't continue to support a loved one and need professional assistance. So far Charter memory care has been home to our loved one. The priority was safety, cleanliness, healthy comfortable home environment. The staff, aids, are very supportive, caring, friendly and there whenever you need then. Most importantly when you visit andww your loved one is content and safe.
