Charter of Orange is a captivating senior living community with charm, modern amenities, and plenty of room to go about your business and enjoy the accommodations. Collaborating with the Beth Williams and the staff is a breeze. They are very responsive and helpful in easily navigating your experience The residents and staff are super friendly. I enjoy working with the community!

We toured Charter Senior Living of Orange when looking for a place for my mother who needs a high-level of memory care. While we ended up choosing an excellent place closer to home, one focused solely on memory care, I was so impressed with Charter that I wanted to leave this review. For one, the place is simply gorgeous. I was ready to move in myself! I can't imagine anyone not being impressed by the aesthetics of the place. The lobby and dining area feel like you're on vacation. Likewise the memory care unit was lovely -- wide hallways, spacious rooms, etc. But most importantly, I was incredibly impressed with the attention to detail in the memory care unit. There were activity stations placed around the hallways for residents to busy themselves, a robust schedule of activities to ensure residents stay engaged and stimulated, and a staff that was clearly warm and caring. I highly recommend anyone looking for memory care for their loved one to tour with Charter.

The staff is wonderful. Our family member is in their Flourish Care (memory care) and the staff is amazing. So engaging. The whole community is very welcoming and accommodating. We are able to participate in any activities that we care to with our loved one. Very good line of communication with the staff. It’s always tough when you can’t keep your loved ones at home, but having a community and staff like Charter has helped us all with this transition.

Making a decision about assisted living for a loved one is no easy task, but Beth and her team made me feel joy and excitement for my Mom's "next adventure". So many personal touches - signage when we arrived, personal video to Mom - made us feel secure in our choice. The facility is beautiful, the staff are positive and helpful. Our intake nurse, Tangala, was patient and caring, taking any anxieties in the room off the table. I am so excited to see how my Mom thrives in this caring community. This was the best Christmas present we could get!

My recent visit to Charter Senior Living began with such a delightful young lady, Tatiana Bernal, director of sales and marketing, she lead the way through a beautiful setting of assisted and independent living facility with a at home feeling. This is challenging because this will be my mother’s “new home” soon. Tatiana answered all my questions and concerns and made a difficult decision so much easier. Thank you again Tatiana for Being so compassionate and understanding.
