This facility is top-notch in every respect. The staff- from the care-givers to the administrators, maintenance men and housekeeper- are warm, kind and professional. I have not witnessed a single exception to this in the entire time my mother has lived there and between my sister and I, we are there almost daily. The consistent care and compassion make me feel like she is being cared for by family, not to mention the engaging, fun activities provided! I recommend Chenango Valley Home without reservation.

Chenango Valley Home was our choice for assisted living accomodations for Ms. Janet. From our very 1st visit to our last days there, we couldn't have been any happier! It was our number one choice for Ms. Janet's placement after multiple visits to other assisted living options. We knew it before we even left the parking lot after our first visit. Kim C. was an awesome tour guide and ambassador for CVH. She and the rest of the team at CVH were always accomodating, understanding, compasionate and friendly. The maintenance staff was so helpful moving in and moving out. They even helped hanging up pictures and setting up the new TV. The staff on all shifts were always helpful and if not immediately available they responded to my concerns and returned my calls in a timely fashion. I am always sharing our expierience when ever the opportunity arises when discussing elder care options with family, friends and anyone else who crosses my path.
