CHEROKEE RESIDENTIAL CARE ACQUISITION, LLC

My son did not have no medical issues where he was going to hospital appointments, October 2020 my son began to experience urinating pain, within 30 days of residency incontinent, unable to hold his bladder caused by a procedure unauthorized by Silver Spurs, as of today he is still incontinent, never had a problem with it?? No record of it before then! Looking for class action suit any one else????

I'm very disappointed discusted angry about this facility. I have a sibling that has been taken advantage of, by having a procedure done with out the proper person who make them choices for him. Now he has health complications because they wanted to make a change in his life with NO proper steps. Things come up missing no care in the world. Funds are misused or not counted for. His personal items come up missing no care to find out how ,or by whom nor try to figure away to replace them. All that stay in this place of residence are all on a budget how dare you all financially mistreat him or the others.The staff is just disrespectful. Lack of respect toward him an others. It's no safe place for your love one when the staff doesn't have the residents safety at heart, whether it's from a resident or worker. My advice is either keep your love one near,find another place for them. Just dont send them there complete NIGHTMARE.

Superior Care Residential gives the best care of anywhere around. My brother has been there for years and not only are his physical needs met but his emotional needs and sense of belonging are met as well. My sisters & I feel the staff & residents are simply an extension of our own family. It is a very special place and we are all blessed to have such a loving patient, yet firm home for our brother to live and thrive to the best of his ability. It isn't a facility-it's a HOME. And for that we know our parents can rest easy. A million thanks to the staff at Superior CARE Residential. CARE being the operative word here. Cherokee is a great place to live .it gave me a better quality of life they help get my medication on track .

Lived for many years. Have seen the changes from owners. This is the best that I have seen developed from Cherokee as of today. September 2019.
