When my aunt suddenly needed to move into assisted living, our family visited six different facilities trying to find the right fit. From the moment we walked into Cherry Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care (CHAL), we knew it was special. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the staff truly seemed to care about the residents. My aunt moved in about a year ago, and it was a huge adjustment - she had been living independently and had no plans to move. The team at CHAL went above and beyond to help her settle in and feel comfortable in her new home. They were patient, kind, and always took the time to make sure she was doing okay. Now, a year later, she’s happy and thriving. She enjoys the staff and the beautiful facility. It’s such a relief knowing she’s well cared for and surrounded by people who genuinely care about her. We’re so grateful to everyone at CHAL for making what started as a stressful transition into such a positive experience. I can’t recommend them enough!

I don’t very often give ratings of 5 stars but when it comes to the care of our mother at Cherry Hills Assisted Living they deserve it. From the moment we went on our first tour we knew it was her last home. Michelle was transparent with all the financial information then we met Kathryn and she was the topper with her care for Mom. They are giving her one on one dining escort as well as activities. They have her under their wing and the transition is going well. Warms our heart that they really do care. Her last home is a winner.

Mom has already made new friends, and we’ve noticed such a positive shift in her mood and outlook. She’s eating better, staying more active, and smiling more than she has in months. Their professionalism and dedication create a comfortable and supportive environment for everyone. The place is well-maintained and welcoming, it has a peaceful atmosphere but I appreciate that there’s a lot of social interaction. The meals I’ve seen were nutritious and well-prepared, and everyone clearly enjoyed their food. Overall, I’d say this is an excellent choice for those seeking high-quality care in a nurturing and supportive setting.
