Sue was very helpful with the application process. I felt she went above and beyond her job description to accommodate with this situation. My brother seems to be happy with the facility. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I visited him and was impressed with the people and the facility. He likes the freedom of using the transportation system that is set up for the residents.

I highly recommend Clarks Summit Senior Living to anyone in need of a senior facility. The staff is amazing and do care about doing a great job. Sue made sure everything we needed was taken care of by the staff. They have transportation for the residents and the activities available are incredible. If you or a loved one need this type of facility, this is the place you want to be. I actually can not express how wonderful this facility was and how well they took care of my loved one.

There are true gems here at Clarks Summit Senior Living who make my Dad’s life sparkle! Sue Chapin goes above and beyond! Her customer service is beyond exceptional! A rare diamond. Joan in nursing has saved my Dad’s life a few times with her astute abilities to pay attention to his health. Priceless! Rob in maintenance fixes everything my dad asks—with a smile on his face. Thank you to the outstanding few at CSSL who truly shine!

My mom has been there for more than a year. We were unsure of what to expect when i showed up unannounced and asked for a tour. It was the best stop i made. The people who work there truly care so much about the residents and their families. They are so kind, patient and understanding. The place is spotless and the rooms are spacious. The food is very good and there are plenty of activities and things to do for the people who live there. The care my mom has received is outstanding. We always feel welcome when we visit. The workers keep us posted on her care and its outstanding value for the money. Don't hesitate to put your loved on in their hands.

Choosing a new place to call home for a loved one is never easy. My hope is that someone right now is reading this review and will feel more at ease in making that decision. In 2008 my mom was a resident at Clarks Summit Senior living (it's former name then was New seasons). Although her stay was short, for eight months she received the finest care from the kindest people. Last Summer we faced that decision again in choosing a new place to call home for my mother-in-law. There wasn't any hesitation in that decision because we knew the best place for her in our area was Clarks Summit Senior living. My mother-in-law loved it from the moment we walked through the door. Sue Chapin, the admissions director greeted us and we quickly realized she had been there in that position while my mom was there in 2008. It once again felt like family. Sue helped us get through the admissions process, and it happened quickly! (She's the best😊) My mother-in-law enjoys all the delicious meals, gets involved in some of the many activities like music therapy, fun exercising, Bible reading/teaching & prayer time. There's also live entertainment & the on-site beauty Salon gives her the independence to care for herself. Weather permitting, the grounds are beautiful & perfect for walking & she truly enjoys that time! On Sunday mornings there is transportation to church which is such a blessing! They also offer (free of charge) transportation to doctor visits & shopping trips. This facility has just been fully remodeled and is just beautiful. We are thankful for all the staff at Clarks Summit Senior living, thank you for all you do. 💕
