Clemson Downs is the only privately owned continuing care retirement community in the Upcountry of South Carolina, serving the Clemson area since 1980. The community offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Support, and Healthcare on a 38-acre campus, with dedicated activity coordinators for each level of care, on-site bistro, wellness center, and full-service therapy options.

My Mother and Dad moved there ~12 years ago. Started in a single family home then moved to a very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Mom is there, Dad passed a number of years ago. She loves it. Food is very good and they do a great job arranging social and exercise events and classes. When she needs it she can transition to the full care unit. Highly recommend.
