The Colonial at Old Camden was welcoming from the moment we walked through the doors. Brad and the staff provide individualized care, a family-like atmosphere, and a home away from home. Thank you for caring so beautifully for our loved one!

Highly recommend! My mom lives here and we have been so pleased. The staff is wonderful and the facilities have exceeded our expectations.

The Colonial is such a nice place. You feel like family as soon as you walk thru the doors. The staff is so nice and have such neat ideas for their residents to keep busy. You want ever have to worry about getting bored! ♥️ The grounds and establishment is always so well kept and clean. Thank you for such a good experience when we toured.

We interviewed several facilities and Brad Richardson and his staff literally “opened the door” for us in many ways. Since our mother has been in Colonial, her demeanor has changed for the better. She is happy, safe and secure. She feels she has many friends and refers to The Colonial as “home.” Everyone - and I mean everyone is wonderful to our mother. We would recommend The Colonial to anyone who wants the best !!

This is a great place to live. I know a couple of people that stay here and they absolutely love it. They get to do different things throughout the day, so they aren't just sitting in one spot all day long. Also, Residents can have pets here. The staff team is amazing. They love and care about their Residents and it shows. Very sweet people work here :) :) :) I've never heard a bad thing about COC. The manager is very thoughtful and understanding as well!
