This place has new management in place and you can definitely tell! I have a patient that is a resident here and she had had nothing but great things to say about the new management and what a great thing it has been for the facility. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place for your loved one!

Colonial Gardens and other Medicaid facilities have been recently purchased by new owners. Since this purchase the facilities have been upgraded with new furniture in the living and dining rooms. I have a personal relationship with the Regional Administrator and she is a true professional and ensures that all residents are cared for and that the facilities are always in order. If you are looking for a place for your Mom or Dad, please stop by and tour this facility. You will be impressed!

I know the residents will be well taken care of. I personally know the new regional administrator. She is a caring person who takes her job and responsibilities very seriously.

This place has been taken over by new owners. It has a very loving atmosphere and has been brightened up tremendously. All of the residents are happy that are there.
