COLONIAL HOUSE OF FESTUS I

The house smells so strong of bleach that I left with a headache. The facility was disgusting, zero activities for the clients to do - 99% of the folks play on their phones, watch TV or sleep. Clients are not productive at all, and most have zero ambition to improve their well-being. I saw several rusty vegetable cans outside filled with cigarette butts - why are you allowing people to spend government money on cigarettes? There was a huge dog there as well, who's paying for this dog? The government? While were there a client made a rude comment about my disabled child, and then another client got into an argument with them. Here is a picture of the nasty bathroom that no one cleaned, and there were zero paper towels available. Gross.

Needs to have no peeping toms, very scary. But the staff is great!

If u love ur son or daughter do not leave them here. It seems as though the owner is only interested in getting the checks. This place is a dump on the inside.
