COLONIAL RESIDENTIAL CARE FACILITY II

Place is a joke. Don't care about staff or residents. They let staff sell the residents weed. They let the night shift call out make you cover but night shift still comes to smoke weed with residents then leave. They don't watch the residents take their medicine. I watched 2 med teach be told by residents that he was taking his narcotic and selling it to another residents. Want to yell at me when I'm pregnant only have 3 weeks left bc I took smoke break meanwhile the 24 your old Ethan can go FaceTime girl in different state for over an hour.

Ever since the the family sold it to the new company this place has gone downhill. it is run by the most incompetent individuals you will ever meet. I wouldn't let them take care of my dog

Owner Ron is abusive and rude has anger issues

My son has lived there for 22 years and he loves it. The staff take care of the residents as if they are family. The owner is an awesome man. He is very proud of his facility and the care his staff provide. I travel more than 2 hrs every month to visit my son and have never regretted not moving him closer.

They treat u like u are in prison. My cousin had to call a owner from over there just to get permission to buy a phone card. Then he was on phone with me and I overheard them telling him to hang up the phone don't let them talk u out of Leaving here. Cause he had left the night before cause he don't wanna be there. His snacks was stolen while he was out of his room. And I don't mean one I mean everything he had just went and bought. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I work in assisted living and u don't treat people that way
