The facility has lost its glory, the new Administration is unacaring and discriminatory.

Visited a relative staying here. Very rude worker. Super restrictive. Hard to get a TV in the room. Uncomfortable bed, and chair. Limited meal choice, poor quality. Really scary place!

Everyone does there best to deliver the best care for the residents. Very caring dedicated employees!

The way they treat some of there employee's is kinda rude. U would think if some of there employees have some type of medical problems they would help them out if the problem flares up but no they make them suffer. Just remember u dont know what it like to have there problem.

I visit when ever I am able to drive the 900 miles to Iowa. All the staff I have met have been very caring. My brother is unable to speak more than a word or two and on occasion a short phrase, but often when a regular staff member walks into the room I have watched him follow that person with his eyes, smile and say"There (s)he is". PrIor to living here I have known him to be wary and guarded when someone with whom he is uncomfortable approaches him. These are the things that give a person comfort when the ability to visit is so limited.
