CONCORDIA AT RIDGEWOOD PLACE

My father is currently a dementia patient at this location, and I could not be happier with the care he receives. The facility is clean and safe, and the staff is extremely attentive to all the residents' needs. Any questions or concerns have always been addressed quickly by administration, which I do appreciate. They make a concerted effort to make sure my dad attends the group activities that he enjoys and have been gracious about assisting us with phone calls since his skills have declined. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone needing a personal care situation for a loved one.

Feeling so blessed to have had such great care at Concordia Skilled facility. Memmer building. I had great Physical Therapy. Which was very hard for me. And I had great Occupational Therapy. Today a lady came by my room and asked if I wanted my nails painted. Such little things make me happy. I should be going home on Monday Oct 29th.

Walked into my mom's room there was a dirty diaper open on the floor, room smelled like a cat box, and her heating/AC unit had been broken for 3 days. It was a Tuesday and she had an infection near her eye. I was told she would be seen by the doctor on Sunday. When I confronted a supervisor I had the "F" word said to me twice. (Concordia LUTHERAN Ministries really?) I also had two people say "what do you want me to do?". I was then told by the billing manager (highest ranking employee there at the time) not to speak to their staff like that again, admittedly I was angry, and that I could take my 96 year old mother someplace else. Talked to someone else in charge the next day and was told that the employee who cursed at me was having a bad day. I emailed the CEO and was ignored.

Everybody who works here needs to be highly commended. My aunt has been in there not moving her body at all and she has no bed sores she's clean her room is clean it is very amazing she's being so well taken care of an unable really to speak for herself. Was covered it was quite a time between visits. But every time I went in everything was wonderful. So high five to the person in charge to the person who is cleaning her room you are wonderful thank you so much

The staff is very friendly,, we needed to place our father in a good care home,, after 20 years of being the care takes,, we decided that Ridgewood was the perfect fit for dad,, the staff and management team are like family. Dad said when we ask, they treat me good. The place is very clean, the staff always helps dad with sports on tv,, and keeps him in check, when needed, we can not thank Carol and her team enough. All the nurses are great,, one nurse always steps up an helps my wife with any questions, issues, or concerns that we might have, her name is Tabatha, she is truly a leader. I give Carol, Tabatha, and the entire staff a thumbs up 👍. Truly a FIVE STAR ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ facility. We recommend this care home.
