The decision to place a loved one in an assisted living facility is not easy. For those considering this type of care, Concordia of Cranberry stands out as a wonderful option. My mother, Marilyn, spend three years at Concordia of Cranberry. During her stay, she received excellent care from staff members who treated her with respect and were always attentive to ways of improving her quality of life. As Mom became weaker, the nursing staff made helpful suggestions to support her. When the time came for Mom to leave this world, the staff was there to comfort our family and provide support. The facility offered a wide variety of activities to keep residents involved and engaged. From religious services to nail pampering and games there was always something for Mom to enjoy. One unforgettable memory was watching her shoot styrofoam darts at balloon targets. Throughout the year, numerous family events were held and were always well attended, fostering a sense of community and connection for both residents and their families. I cannot say enough about the wonderful care my mother received. I highly recommend Concordia of Cranberry.

Consistent good care of my Father from nurses, aids and management. Lots of activities and friendly atmosphere. I felt comfortable with Concordia Cranberry and also with the great physical therapists at Concordia of Cabot

My husband was very well taken care of at Concordia. The staff was truly very caring and kind. They treated the residents as if they were family members. If my husband had a problem, the nurses or aides would always help find a solution. The facility is large which i think was an asset. There were so many different comfy places i could take my husband to. There were lots of activities, and the facility was always beautifully decorated for holidays. My husband loved almost all of the food. I loved the cafe where I could get coffee and treats anytime. My only criticism is that there weren't enough aides. The aides did their best, but sometimes there just wasn't enough help. My husband was treated as well and with as much respect as I could have wanted at Concordia if Cranberry. I am so grateful we found this loving community.

My Mom became a resident at Concordia of Cranberry in late June, 2024 after having 2 strokes. The care she received was phenomenal. The stokes left her with aphasia. It was difficult for her to communicate to the staff but somehow they understand her needs. Between the administrator, aides, nurses, food and maintenance staff, and everyone else behind the scenes, they created a tender, loving and positive experience for my Mom. I felt she was very safe and well cared for. The organization and especially Concordia of Cranberry was the perfect choice for Mom. If ever in need of a personal care facility this location deserves a visit!

Our mother, Carley, sadly passed. As our family reflects on the time my mother spent at Concordia of Cranberry, we feel a profound sense of gratitude. The staff at Concordia were not just professionals; they were genuinely compassionate individuals who treated my mother with dignity and respect. The patience, kindness and understanding made a world of difference, especially as her health began to decline. Their genuine sport allowed us to focus on being with our mother knowing that she was in a safe, caring environment. There was never a time that Jodi Rogers (Administrator) wasn't available to us. Thank you to everyone at Concordia for the compassion, dedication and care you provided. You made a difficult time much more manageable. We will always be grateful for the kindness you showed our Mother. The Webber Family
