The staff is very friendly and responsive

We had such a good experience at Concordia of Fox Chapel that I want to share it. Our mother required memory care for the last three weeks of her life. When I first got a tour of the facility, I was impressed with how lovely it was. We were fortunate to find a room on short notice, and after we moved our mother in we were deeply impressed with the dedication, kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff. I really cannot say enough good things about the facility, the experiences that they put together for the residents and the staff. If we had to do everything again, I would definitely go back to them again.

My sister has Alzheimer's and she became a resident of Concordia about 11/2 years ago. The staff is incredible. They treat her with kindness and respect. They keep in very close touch with her family about her. As she becomes more ill, they help us better understand what is happening. I can't recommended Concordia highly enough. I sleep better knowing she is there.

Mom has adjusted well.
