CONSTANT CARE IV WOODBURN

My mother in law was moved here after being at a large facility specifically for dementia that didn’t know how to deal with her confusion and would cause her panic attacks. She is hundred percent better since moving here. The panic attacks are far and few between and she is her pleasantly confused sweet self. The staff treats her with care, respect, and do a great job at understanding, dealing with her dementia, and just caring for her. I love the communication from the staff whenever there’s questions or concerns. I am confident she is in great hands and am grateful we found this place. I would definitely recommend this company to any family.

Constant Care has been a professional, and Caring organizations for the last 18 months my mom has been with them. My mom’s case and story is complex, but they met our family with empathy and a new home for my mom. I highly recommend anyone looking for an excellent home for their parents.

My mom is a current resident. The staff is very caring and professional. I feel she gets excellent care. Facilites are neat and clean, Jeff is putting money back into the house to modernize the decor. Good communication. Good value for the money.

They do amazing caring for the residents like it is their own family member. They ensure all their needs are met and address any issues promptly.

I have visited all 4 of the locations and am impressed with the cleanliness, love and care they provide.
