COUNTRY CLUB AT WOODLAND HILLS

We had the pleasure of touring Country Club at Woodland Hills and came away truly impressed—not only with the lovely apartments and villas, but also with the warm and welcoming spirit of the people we met along the way. Everyone we encountered seemed genuinely happy to be there, which spoke volumes. Our guide, Jennifer Lombard, was especially delightful—kind, knowledgeable, and wonderfully thorough, yet never pushy. We appreciated that greatly, as while we proudly qualify as “seniors,” we’re not quite ready to make the leap into senior living just yet. Jennifer’s cheerful personality was clearly well known; many residents greeted her warmly and spoke very highly of her. We also enjoyed a delicious lunch during our visit, which was a lovely bonus! All in all, whenever the time does come for us to make such a move, Country Club at Woodland Hills will certainly be among the top two or three places on our list.

I’m a new kid on the block at 89 years young! Everyone here, including the staff, has made me feel welcome. I’m adjusting to living in a smaller home from my old one, and I am enjoying meeting my new neighbors. I’m looking forward to living here at this beautiful COUNTRY CLUB! PS I give a five star for the food.

My mom has recently (Jan 2026)moved into a 2bd/2 ba apt. She had visited friends here previously and liked the facilities. During her move the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The public facilities are lovely and comfortable and really feel like a large home in many ways. The kitchen does some really great work also. I feel comfortable leaving her, as I live in another state and I think she will be happy, busy and also cared for.

I looked at several retirement communities before choosing the “Country Club at Woodland Hills”. The cottages, I decided I wanted one of those, are just the right size and I was able to fit all the items I truly cherish into the one I chose. It has two bedrooms two baths and a large living area. The second bedroom was perfect for the study I was planning. So far, I have lived here not quite one month, the residents and staff have been very welcoming and the food has been very good. There are lots of activities and you have the opportunity to meet a lot of people quickly. If you are looking for an independent living community, this one should be on your list.

I greatly enjoyed visiting the Country Club at Woodland Hills and touring their apartments. They also have very nice cottages there. The facility was very clean, in a nice location and quite well maintained for its age. I liked the warm, home like atmosphere and the residents were all very friendly and happy. Everyone loves the food and there are plenty of activities to keep you busy. The staff knows the residents by name and are obviously focused on their needs. Amy in marketing conducted my tour, and she did a super nice job of showing the facilities, introducing me to the staff and answering all of my questions.
