COUNTRY MANOR

Cousin was in—-stinks, neglected personal hygiene & medical care. Staff member gave him a vape(he’s fired) , other staff was not qualified looked & dresses like the patients. due to disease sores on leg& foot ended up loosing his toes. Saw him & others in room they ate with no shoes & open sores. Dept of aging trying to close place.

Gram was there two weeks ends up catching pneumonia. The staff did it do anything when it was brought to their attention that something may be starting they blew it off said everyone’s coughing . They also never got her out of bed . She sat in bed days at a time . Even ate in bed
