Country Manor Memory Care

My family member always receives personalized care and attention at Country Manor and not just when it is requested. The resident population is small and divided between two buildings which is a huge benefit to the family. Room residency can be private or shared. The rooms are lovely, clean, and spacious with high ceilings. Parking close to the front doors is always accessible. There is a beautiful large fenced courtyard that separates the two buildings. Residents can use the walkway for exercise around the courtyard. There are plenty of tables and benches for visits, picnics, and seating. Family members can stop by for a visit anytime, even though the facility is a locked facility. The management, medical staff, marketing, and patient care employees are all very attentive and caring toward each resident. Each staff member is dedicated to their individual role at this facility and it shows in their communication with family members. This is my first experience with a memory care facility and it’s been a great one! It’s a tough situation for families having a loved one with Alzheimer’s or dementia and I highly applaud all of the staff for being top notch and always going above and beyond! Even the meals for the residents are tasty and nutritious, and can be personalized if you would like to call ahead and share a meal with your loved one. The maintenance dept. also deserves praise for move ins and keeping the place operational. I can’t imagine my parent living at any other place in the QCA besides Country Manor!

I've been coming here for a long time twice a month to play music programs. This is a very beautiful safe place. The staff is simply outstanding and takes wonderful care of the residents. It's always clean and nice when I come here.

My Mom lived there for several years. We were shocked how well the staff took over and we could see a positive change in her that very first day. The staff treated her with respect and friendship. The staff knew family and friends names and welcomed them. I personally lived over 4 hours away. I have a sister locally who was involved with your day to day facility needs. When I came back to Davenport for a surgery I found a couple of your key staff waiting at the hospital to help me out in a personal way. When Mom passed I had a lot comfort from their involvement. I keep up with country house on Facebook. I can see the faces of many residents who are comfortable with their new home. I hope residents enjoy the bench outside that we donated in her memory.

Ended up helping my grandmother in finding the perfect fit for her. I spoke with a coordinator named Missy who was excellent to deal with. We did a tour of the facility and it was by the far the cleanest property we toured. It was great to find a place that cared this much right here in Davenport!

This is a wonderful facility...no, it’s truly a home for those who need extra supports and care in the sunset of their lives. I find the current administrator to be an exceptionally compassionate soul, and I understand each of the residents are truly treated like family. A beautifully intimate setting for any senior who may need this level of service. Keep up the excellent care!
