COUNTRY MEADOWS OF YORK

We are very pleased with the staff and facilities at Country Meadows West York. We moved my cousin there when she could no longer live alone in her house. The caretakers and staff there are all very friendly and go out of their way to make sure the residents and their family feel welcome. They quickly evaluated her needs and enrolled her in physical therapy and the Connections activity club. The improvement in her physical appearance and mental wellbeing has been dramatic. She looks forward to the daily activities and field trips and is very happy there. The caretakers and staff are truly concerned with giving the residents the best care. I highly recommend this facility.

My wife, Trish, was a hospice volunteer for about 12 years and saw people in many of the local assisted living facilities. When my parents were considering which one to choose her answer was that many of the local facilities and staffs were good however Country Meadows was the best overall. She was right. As and aside, the kitchen is exceptional in variety and preparation.

We were looking for a place that could provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our parents. What we found was so much more. The staff at Country Meadows knows every resident. They treat everyone like they are family. They put the needs and safety of the residents first, and everyone just pitches in to do what needs to be done, regardless of their title or position. I am so happy and we are so blessed to have found Country Meadows. Visiting my parents is no longer work for me, but something I look forward to because I know my parent's needs are taken care of and I can just enjoy my time with them.

Myself and my siblings are above and beyond pleased with our decision to place our mother at Country Meadows in West York. From day one she has been treated with dignity and respect. The caregivers treat her like she is one of their family members. Caitlin is always willing to talk and help solve issues as they arise. Being a nurse myself, I can appreciate the great job the nursing staff does. They listen to me and respect what I have to say. The reception desk is staffed with knowledgeable and friendly people. Everyone I have come in contact with is friendly and helpful. My mother couldn’t be at a better facility.

My experience with Country Meadows York West has been exceptional. My mom receives excellent care from the attentive and caring staff. The food provided is top-notch, and the variety of activities available is great. I highly recommend Country Meadows York West for anyone looking for a place that provides outstanding care and services for their loved ones.
