COUNTRYSIDE HOME, LLC

I have friends that live there. Last week, on March 26th, I ate lunch with the residents. The food was good.

This was my first time to visit Patients at this facility. It has a very welcoming, "homey" feel. The Residents were all clean, dry, and dressed appropriately. The Staff was cheerful, and very loving to the Residents, and they were able to give good report on the Patients I was seeing. I would feel very comfortable placing someone in my own family there!

Seems like a nice, country retirement home. Facility is very clean inside and outside. They cook the meals for the residents on site & the residents appear to enjoy the food. Nice deck outside, in the back, for the residents to sit, relax, and enjoy the view of nature. Residents seem to enjoy freedom of being inside or outside on most days. Nice country setting, very peaceful. Nice staff

Very clean facility. Good hot food that is cooked on the premises. Residence get a bit bored because they are unsure how to interact with others. Residents are able to go outside when they want to. The rear of the facility is finished with a deck for the residents to enjoy.
