It's a nice place. If you like bedbugs. And you enjoy them getting testy when you ask how your family member is doing. And also taking some of there money. We got my brother in law out of that place. THANK GOD!!!! They also put him on hospice probably so they could get his life insurance. We got a Doctor who took him off hospice. And couldn't figure why he was on it

My mom is there and she has the BEST care! All the staff there r excellent! The staff there truly care and it shows! It sure does help the families knowing their loved ones are cared for! They do so much, from activities, to celebrating holidays and seasons! Thank u girls! All of u!

The courtyard is a wonderful facility! They take great care of your family members and love them deeply. They take the time to plan events and little outings for your family members that all the members enjoy! They care for each one to their best abilities and make sure they all feel appreciated. If you’re looking for the best place for your loved ones this would be it!

I have lived in an apartment here at Deer Ridge for 14 years. My apartment has been comfortable. Was pleased with last administrator and pleased with the new administrator. When I have to have special things done I text for help like, to get a leaky pipe fixed or the commode keeps running. I am pleased with the service and staff.

My mother was a returning resident in February of 2021 in an independent apartment. During her short stay there the staff took great care of her. She wasn’t always the easiest resident, but the staff was kind and patient with her during those times. Matt was always very responsive to my questions and requests, and I’m glad she spent her final days in their care.
