Courtyard Estates at Hawthorne Crossing

Very happy with Courtyard Estates. Their new management has changed so many things for the good! Knowing that my father is truly cared for is everything to me. They don’t just put on a happy face when I am there, they show my dad true kindness everyday ❤️

Employees will cuss each other out in front of residents and their families. Director and nurse care about the residents 50% of the time and the staff 5% of the time, money is their focus and of course not going to jail. There are rooms that smell of urine all the time and the smell goes out into the hall. Management violates employees rights and residents rights. Management will yell and cuss employees out. Management will also leave it up to employees to figure out the management problems.

Have to give to give a shout out to the director Sarah for always going above and beyond. Also shout out to the RA’s for loving the resident like their own family. The RA’s probably didn’t know but I did see all the small acts of love everyday. It is truly a place that cares. I miss my CYE family everyday ❤️

My mom/mother in law lived here for almost 4 years. The staff has been amazing!! The director Sarah and nurse Christie has been wonderful and great at communicating to let me know any concerns. My mom recently passed and the staff was amazing and so helpful and caring for my mom. She loved them and was happy to call this home. I am so grateful for Sarah, there were a few directors before her and she is the best and very good at what she does! Robin and Andy Doan

My mom has been at Courtyard Estates for 3 years now. She has a beautiful room and has made many friends!!! The current activity director is phenomenal keeping the residents busy and happy. The staff truly cares about the residents and their well being. I'm so happy my mom likes to call this place "home" Shirley Miller
