This place is the best for your loved one if they need help being able to return home. Awesome caring staff and a luxury environment. Dr is so nice and really listens. Will definitely bring my family here again if needed.

A family member was in their skilled nursing facility after suffering a stroke. He walked in with minimal assistance barely needing a walker. I thought he would be there only a week as he looked good. Four days later he was really confused. When I mentioned it to the staff they did a cognitive check on him. That was the only time I saw them do that the whole time he was there eventhough they claimed to do it twice a day. I was there hours every day visiting in mornings and evenings. I felt like it was all to get insurance to pay longer. 20 days after he got there, they released him in worse shape than when he arrived. They gave him 2 desserts at every meal to keep him happy even though that amount of sugar was contraindicated with the steroid the staff was supposed to be giving him. The administrators would not let me take him to his oncologist while he was there so those treatments were delayed. When Convanent had the "Care plan meeting" with me about 10 people sat around a table and just waited for me to ask them questions. They didn't offer any information but rather just stared at me. I didn't know what to ask as this was new to me so I asked when he would be released. They told me he would get out in 9 days. I wondered how they could know what shape he would be in that far in advance. Turns out that was the most insurance would pay and they kept him there as long as they could without asking what his family wanted. I feel like delaying his oncology appt hastened his death and the administration just viewed him as a cash cow given he had insurance. The nurse and janitor were great but the people in charge were difficult to work with.

Beautiful surroundings . Nurses and staff are wonderful. So helpful and kind. Live bird area inside sitting room, fountains, flowers, great food and restaurant. On site hair and nail shop for patients. Very pleased without care there.

I had my dear sister-in-law at Inverness for 3 years…she loved it and as a frequent visitor I could see why. Her condo was lovely and it is truly a friendly, wonderful place. Now my mom is there as a rehab patient (she is 91) recovering her strength after a bout of pneumonia… The therapists are so encouraging and positive and when I bring mom home in a couple of days she will return stronger than when she got sick…I can't say enough about this special place…xoxox PS. I read some of the other reviews that were not good and find that all they care about is money … to my knowledge I would be surprised as this is a not for profit establishment...
