DO NOT give these people money. I wish I could give them negative stars. Brought my mother in law here for physical rehab. Within the first hour, they rifled through her things and started confiscating stuff. We were told it was just her medicine, which is reasonable. But they also took her credit cards, debit cards, and insurance cards. Then they proceeded to lose most of her meds, including a glucose reader, which they told me they had but once I left told my mother in law they didn't receive, so they just didn't check her blood sugar. They also claimed they didn't have a bunch of her meds nor her credit cards and ID, even though we saw them walk off with the bag they were in. They never gave us those cards back. Ever. Just stole them. They also made us go buy a bunch of otc meds for her, even though we had already bought those and packed them for her, they were among the meds immediately confiscated. But *of course* this place insisted they didn't have them and we had to go spend our money to get more for them. Even though they never gave her her cards back, they did badger her relentlessly to pay rent for the next thirty days (thousands of dollars). We told them we'd pay when we got the cards back but as soon as we left, they pressured my mother in law to pay and she did. Before we left on the first night, we asked that my mother in laws bandages on her legs be changed. We offered to do it ourselves but were told that we weren't qualified to use the medication and that someone else would be around to do it that evening. The next morning, bandages haven't been changed. Still no change the next night. Finally, on the third day, in the late afternoon, they changed her bandages. The next day, no changes. The day after that, we get a call. My mother in law has been sent to the hospital because her legs have worsened to the point of a blood infection. Oh, and also, she's not allowed to return until she is fully recovered and able to walk around unassisted. And THEN, after she'd been in the hospital for two weeks, they start calling and saying that we somehow owe money to their pharmacy, even though they took all of her meds and made us got buy more to give to her. So basically, they get her there, the rob her, they pressure her into paying them for thirty days, they neglect her, then they send her off before even a week and say she can't come back, and then they have the gall to call her family and badger them for even more money. What an absolute awful scam this place is. Idk how they sleep at night.
