Due to a terminal illness, my family was faced with the difficult decision to place my father in a nursing home on short notice. I would like to highlight the exceptional kindness and assistance provided by the staff during this challenging time. From the moment of his admission until his passing approximately two weeks later, they demonstrated unparalleled care and compassion for my father. My mother and I remained by his side, and the staff was exceptionally accommodating to our needs as well. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Kelly Armstrong, the owner, who went above and beyond to ensure that our family received the necessary support. Crane's Roost is by far the best care home in the Four Corners. The staff is compassionate, patient, communicative, and thorough. The facility is clean and feels like a home. Our loved one was cared for by the team at Crane's Roost like he was family. We are so grateful for this place and highly recommend it.

Not necessarily terrible care, but unprofessional management/ownership. Did not give appropriate notice to have our father moved to a different facility. In fact, it was pretty much no notice & against state law. Supposed to give 30 days written notice, but they just kept calling asking when we could move him, can you move him today, etc. Definitely not impressed!
