I have worked with Sam regarding several of my clients who needed an advocate for coming to a community for various reasons. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient when listening and offering support. He is experienced and understands how difficult these decisions can be. As someone who works in healthcare, Crescent Fields is an excellent place. Their staff truly care about their residents. The facility is always sparkling, the inside is gorgeous! I would highly recommend this place.

We weren't sure how it would be to move our mom into a personal care facility and we were a little apprehensive. However, Jessica Lopez was so warm and welcoming and was available to answer our every question. She helped get our mom settled and was always thoughtful and respectful in her interactions with her and the other residents. It really did help us all through the transition. Mandy, the nursing supervisor, has been our other go-to person. She worked with us to get our mom's care regimen settled and to iron out the kinks along the way. It took a bit for Mom to adjust, but now that she's been there over 2 months, we see that she is getting the care and attention that she needs. The facility is bright, clean and well thought out. There are all sorts of activities that residents can participate in if they'd like. We especially like the fact that practically all the services our mom needs are under one beautiful roof. We're glad that we found Crescent Fields.
