CREVE COEUR ASSISTED LIVING AND MEMORY CARE

We are so happy we found Creve Coeur Assisted Living! Dad has been living there for about 2 years now and we couldn't be happier!! He has made tons of new friends, both residents and staff. The staff have been super great to work with and have helped us navigate thru the process of moving him in and the paperwork. The food is pretty good, though it has gone down since he has been there but they still have a nice menu for each meal. There is no pressure to have the residents participate in the activities but surprisingly dad has participated in several. The building is clean, modern and up to date with lots of windows. I highly recommend CCAL, it checked all of our boxes when we were looking for places to moved dad. They now have a new Director and communication is so much better than it used to be. Like all aging care residences you need to ask a lot of questions to get your loved ones properly integrated. Turnover among alot of the staff is high but that is probably true for the field. It was a lengthy process but we are so happy we found one that was right for our dad. Thank you to the staff at Creve Coeur Assisted Living for giving us peace of mind and a place our dad could call his new home!

Be prepared to be ignored when you have important questions. Also, be prepared to be gaslit if you do hear from someone. And be prepared for your loved one be repeatedly nickeled and dimed.$5.00 to have your food brought to you $2.50 to take your food up to your own room. $500 for them to get your medical records from your doctor each month because they need them. In my opinion, these things are absolutely absurd. I'm sure you can find a better place for your family member... Ohh I forgot to say, you can often find the aids sitting on their butt, and not being helpful, maybe even laying down and playing on their phone at the end of the hall. Good grief😵‍💫

In just over 3 years of having love one there the management and staff changed 3 times. Everything promised when moved in did not happen. Over charged and under serviced. Then when I moved loved one out they charged for everyday wear tear on apartment to my loved one. Kept over 2/3 of her money from her last month there. Would not recommend this place. Under staffed and love one suffers.

My dad recently moved into Creve Coeur Assisted Living and Memory Care. He happened to literally stumble upon the place and decided it was where he needed to be. The staff was helpful and was able to move him in very quickly. The place is clean and inviting. Everyone is very friendly and truly know who the residents and their families are. My only complaint is that direct communication could improve. The LifeLoop app is very helpful, but being able to call someone directly would be helpful in some situations. I would highly recommend Creve Coeur Assisted Living and Memory Care to anyone. It can be a hard transition for a loved one to go from independent living to a place. However, it is a great place to be and we know that everyone is safe, comfortable, and has opportunities to participate in the community.

Donned my mom in multiple diapers at one time 🤬🤮😬 and definitely watch your pocketbook…..back charging after you think you’re paid in full is quite a shocker. Not exactly the welcome I was expecting in our first few weeks. Charges in Full should mean just that…..not with an unwritten addendum of “until we decide to change your bill” 😓😓😓.
