Charter of Rockford has been an amazing place for my mom for the past two years! The staff is compassionate and loving towards the residents ! There are so many fun activities that my mom has been involved in. It is a place that feels like home for my mom!

Charter has been so wonderful for Mom. From delicious meals, fun activities, assisting her with day-to-day tasks and the cleanliness of her room, everyone is providing what she needs for her best life. The facility itself is very welcoming for clients and visitors. I appreciate the fact that those in leadership are very willing to discuss Mom’s care with me. My brother, sister, and I questioned whether any facility could adequately support the complex health challenges he was facing. After exploring multiple options, Charter Senior Living stood out—not only for offering a range of care levels at reasonable prices, but for the genuine warmth and professionalism we witnessed during our visits. From our very first interaction, the staff at Charter exceeded our expectations. Despite the demanding nature of their work, they remained consistently positive, compassionate, and deeply committed to our father’s well-being. What truly stood out was the transformation we saw in him: he went from experiencing near-depression in his previous care environment to expressing real happiness and comfort in his new home at Charter. While our father’s passing was inevitable due to chronic health conditions, we take solace in knowing that Charter made his final three months as fulfilling and dignified as possible. Their care, kindness, and humanity provided our father—and our family—a sense of peace we will always be grateful for.

I would like to give a shout out to the caring and compassionate team at Charter Senior Living of Rockford. Last night I witnessed the great teamwork provided by Necole, Erika, Janice and Paige in ensuring one of their residents was comfortable and that everything was in place for her continued care. The genuine compassion was evident and very heartwarming, and I am grateful to know and work with this awesome team!

My siblings and I just moved our mother into Crimson Pointe. We looked at many assisted living communities in the Rockford area but decided on Crimson Pointe and are very pleased with the results. While moving to an assisted living facility for my mother was not easy, the management and staff were very accommodating and made the transition less stressful. Because of the wonderful and caring management, caregivers and maintenance staff our mother has adjusted well to her new environment and is calling it home.
