CROSSINGS AT WEBB BRIDGE ROAD, THE

Had a good experience today at the Encompass Lunch and Learn. The Director and Staff at the Crossings are great and so easy to work with. They have the residents best interest at heart. The Crossings is lovely inside with a home like feel. Residents can move around with ease. Many use wheelchairs and rollators and get around just fine. So many activities for them to enjoy! Gardening, baking, bowling, golf, arts and crafts. My mom has lots to keep her occupied. The meals are excellent and there are plenty of snacks. I have no worries about her care.

Autumn Leaves has met and exceeded many of my expectations as it relates to the care of my mother. Above all, safety and quality of care were the deciding factors when I chose Autumn Leaves. The facility was built within the past few years and is designed specifically for memory care, with modern bedrooms and baths all on a single ground-floor level. The residents are well protected and share all the space together--not separate from other residents like some facilities. In addition, Autumn Leaves ensures that quality healthcare is provided and regular needs are met, such as salon services. Lastly--related to quality of care--the staff are very attentive, caring, friendly, and communicate regularly with me about my mother. Secondarily but no less important, cost was a deciding factor as well. Although price might vary between residents based on room choice and services, the Autumn Leaves rates are very transparent and usually are one fixed monthly rate. Unlike many of the facilities I interviewed, which tried to lure me in with one time deals or increasing rate plans depending on care level, Autumn Leaves charges a flat rate no matter what the care level is. In my opinion, the rate is fair and affordable and allows many benefits to the residents--activities, great food, parties, facility maintenance, etc.--without straining the budget. I highly recommend Autumn Leaves and feel it's a top notch facility. The Assisted Living market is very competitive, but I didn't feel pressured in any way and the quality of care and living is being delivered exactly as promised during the interview. All things considered, it's definitely a 5 star facility.

Autumn Leaves of Windward is the perfect place for my parents. When the time came that my parents needed memory care, I toured many of the local memory care facilities in and around Alpharetta. I found the physical layout of Autumn Leaves to be superior, as it allows my parents to walk around in a safe and secure environment without the feeling of being in a small segmented facility. The décor is beautiful, like a home, and the building is just a couple years old. No matter how nice the facility is, however, having a caring and dedicated staff is the most important aspect in choosing a location for your loved one. In my experience, I have been overwhelmed by the level of care that my parents have received at Autumn Leaves. Lots of great activities, such as helping to make cookies, sing-a-longs, arts & crafts, and much more keep my parents active, engaged & happy. I highly recommend Autumn Leaves of Windward.

I wanted to reach out to you to express my satisfaction with the Autumn Leaves. As I popped in unexpectedly, I witness the care that my father is receiving, all of the staff at the facility treat my father exceptionally well. Howard Matthews the Director of Healthcare, is an amazing person showing compassion toward the residents, staff and to my mother.

I love all the workers that are there. I was very upset to have her have to leave our home but they went above and beyond to help me realize how much she would be loved and taken good care of. My Mother is happy and that makes me happy.
