CROSSROADS AT NORTHGLENN ALF

I am are incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown by the staff at this facility. From the very first day, it was clear that residents are treated with genuine respect, dignity, and kindness. The team is attentive, professional, and truly goes above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and welcoming, with a comfortable atmosphere that brings peace of mind to families. Communication has been excellent, and I always feel informed and supported. It’s reassuring to know my loved one is safe, engaged, and cared for by people who clearly love what they do. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking a supportive and nurturing environment for their loved one. Sharon is amazing I can’t say enough about Sharon and the staff at Crossroads.

Crossroads has been a blessing for our family. The facility has a new director and it shows. The family dinners and events have been top notch. The care is unbeatable, the staff are helpful and take great care of our loved one. Kudos to Jaime and her team there.

My mother-in-law has been a resident here since May of 2025. Her rent is a $4,915 a month and her level of care is number 3 which up until September 2025 was increased by $300 . It went from $1,100 to $1,400. I received an email from the director Jamie Byrd saying that they usually increase the rent but this time they decided to increase the cost of levels of care. So that must mean it's acceptable in her eyes and the board members as well. Is extremely disappointing to see this increase especially since it's already so expensive for my mother-in-law to live here. I feel like I was misled on how this place is ran and the cost of living here would at least stay the same till we were there a year. It's disappointing to see places like this treat people so unfairly. I do not recommend coming here for that alone. As far as the staff that takes care of my mother-in-law the nurse the caregivers they are top notch. The director and the marketing person not so much. I feel like I've been lied to.

We placed our dad in this community about a year ago. They previous management wasn’t great, however, there Is new management in place, and it shows. crossroads takes excellent care of my dad, and of our family. We have peace of mind, knowing that dad is in a place where he is cared for, has made friends, and he is doing better than we ever expected. Thank you Crossroads for what you do.

Jamie Byrd Crossroads ED is fantastic! The love, care, and patients she shows her residents is beyond. Maggie and Rose have been incredible to work with! The entire staff has been so great with top notch care and attention to needs of their residents. Ty all for all you do.
