I would caution against sending your loved ones here. The level of care is subpar. My father's room is not cleaned to a normal standard, his nails and hair have not been attended to. Despite being in full care, they struggle to do the minimum, such as ensuring his room is clean and his nails are cut. When sending mail, Rachael van Gorp stated that ALL mail to my father must be signed for; tracking is not enough. Regular mail seems to arrive, but care packages do not. This raises questions about the handling of care packages. I'll leave that for you to decide. It's ridiculous, and I would not recommend this place.

My Dad recently became a resident of Royale Meadows. They have been wonderful to him. He had difficulty getting adjusted but they have been patient

Avoid sending your loved ones here at all costs. We couldn't wait for the day that my grandmother could transfer out. She received some of the worst care I have ever witnessed. Try Prairie Ridge in Orange City or Hillcrest in Hawarden for a much better alternative.
