I can't say enough about Crystal Place! From the admissions director Lisa, to the staff like Tiffani, to the Nurse Administrator Leah, to the owner John, our experience here has been excellent. The facility is clean, the residents are very welcoming to newcomers, and the owner goes ABOVE AND BEYOND ensuring that the residents are well taken care of! I highly recommend Crystal Place to those seeking quality assisted living for their precious loved ones in OKC.

My father-in-law has been at Crystal Place for the past six months. It is under new ownership and has been beautifully remodeled. The place is super clean, with a wonderful staff. We live far away from my father-in-law and the staff has been so helpful in keeping us informed and helping us connect with him every day. We are so appreciative of the kind and loving care he is receiving. Highly recommend.

This facility has been a Godsend to my mother and our family. It has been renovated and has been under new and better management the past few months, and we are absolute thrilled with the care and concern for her well being. We are especially grateful for the new administrator, Tomee, who keeps us abreast of any changes or problems that may arise. Like so many businesses these days, it has been somewhat difficult to keep staff up to speed, but they have handled these situations admirably and currently have commendable employees on staff. Five stars for sure!

I have personally and professionally worked with this facility and had my grandma here with the previous management/owners and now with the current owners. It's a night and day difference in quality and service with the current owners/management. The owners and staff are wonderful and I'm honestly shocked at some of the previous reviews. From what it seems like - since the new ownership - a lot of good has been implemented and with the change many of the individuals (residents & employees) that were causing the broad issues were given time to find a new position and/or a new home for their loved one. This seems as if it may have made some families upset enough to make up some awful things about a family-owned business that is just doing their best to provide for their residents and for their own family. This place was previously trashed and now with the new renovations - it's as if it's come back to life. The staff is all new and it's a consistent work in progress. My grandmother loves the food and is happy with her treatment here. Not sure what others have complained about. Even with the most recent price increase, this was the most affordable place I was able to find in all of OKC metro/Edmond area. Something similar was $2k-$4k+ a month. Definitely worth checking out! Don't always believe all the negativity.

I wish I could give Crystal Place a better review it started out very nice before it was sold to new owners around September of 2022. At first I tried to reassure my mother that it would be okay, but day after day, and week after week things got worse. First they let pretty much all the staff go. They would get someone in to work, but they wouldn’t come back after a day or two on the job. This was a red flag for me as I have worked in health care. My mother’s anxiety became very overwhelming, to the point she was having suicidal thoughts. The food was terrible! For a time they even had their maintenance man cooking for them. My mother was served chicken cooked in milk and was told it was soup. Seriously adult protective services needs to keep a close eye on this place. The owners can put on a good show for a short time, but cannot maintain it for long. We were given very short notice that my mother would need to move to a new room, the rent for her room was going to go up a minimum of $550 a month with no additional benefits. Be warned that if your loved one requires transportation to doctors, or for simple shopping or outings they no longer provide this. They say it’s too much of a liability. This is just a small portion of the issues this place has. On a side note we as a family have moved my mother to another location, and I’m happy to report that she is happy and thriving.
