I have always had a wonderful experience at this office. The staff is always so sweet and welcoming. The provider is also so nice and really listens to what you have to say.

I was referred here by my doctor at careconnect family practice because I was having troubles with my current therapist. This was the best decision I could have made because I have been coming here for a few years now. The totally listen and care about their patients and it sad I have to drive 2 hours to find a good therapist. But it is worth it to me because I know I am not the easier person to deal with but nake it is for me to talk with them.

I ve been to many of these places. The staff is decent but the doctor dosent care. Every facility I have ever been in.The first appointment is always an assessment.No matter if you had been to another facility or not.An assessment takes two hours.My first appointment, I was in and out of his office in less than 20 minutes. My second appointment. I was only in there for 10 minutes. I have been waiting for two weeks on a pre authorization for my medication that the pharmacy has requested. However, he had not spent 5 minutes to even sign a paper in fax. It off. If it was possible to give him a low score with everybody else getting a decent score.I would do that,

Amazing place. Went there today for my new patient consultation. The ladies up front were nice and helpful and the whole place was clean. Then saw my therapist and she was so professional and so kind. I’m looking forward to continuing care there.
