DOLAN MEMORY CARE AT CONWAY

Dear Tim Dolan and Care Team: Thank you. The decision to place my husband/best friend in Memory Care was the most difficult decision of my life. The consistency of care and dedication you provide to my loved one and his housemates in this homelike environment is just what we needed. The love and family atmosphere is genuine.

Dolan Memory Care was a life safer for my family!! We were very grateful to find a wonderful home with caring people to support my Brother Tom's final time on this earth!! The facilities were magnificent.....very clean, well maintained, and safe for the guests, and all the visitors. God Bless the Dolan Family for carrying out this important work!!

My beloved husband recently passed away. He lived at Dolan Memory Care for just shy of 2 years after having to leave another placement. How grateful I am that Dolan accepted him and gave him a home. Dolan is unlike other facilities. The Dolan family understands dementia, from the founder and owner, Tim Dolan, to his daughter, Allison, a nurse practioner, to other family members. These family members aren't "suits" that just show up once in a while. They are roll-up-your-sleeves workers who have a mission that is visible to all--understanding, loving, and caring for people experiencing dementia and doing that in a lovely home-like setting. They set the example for staff. I am forever grateful for the care and love my beautiful husband received.

My father has been at Dolan Home for over a year. We moved him from Mcknight Place assisted living. It's been the best change for him and our family. They're model and approach is the gold standard in care. No other assisted living or memory care in St. Louis comes even close to the care my father has received. The employees are well trained and rarely turn over. No detail is overlooked. The Dolan family runs this place like a well oiled machine. And the "Director of Fun" Amanda and Jordan take the residents everywhere. The staff that takes them out are completely capable and nothing, I mean nothing stops them from getting out. Just because you can't walk doesn't mean they won't take you fishing! Your loved is incontinent? Who even cares. They can handle it, there's nothing these staff members can't do. If your loved one had an accident while you took them out, the staff will greet you with a smile and will take care of it. These people are angels and once you leave your loved one there, you'll realize you just stepped in a pot of gold. God bless the Dolan Family and their entire staff.

Amanda (the Director of Fun) has been doing amazing taking care of my mom as her own. My mom Mary has always enjoyed having fun throughout her life. Now that she is in care we would have never expected that we would be able to find a place that cares so much about her leisure activities as well as her daily needs.
