Dominion Senior Living of Hixson

Mom has been here 5 months now and absolutely loves it! Staff are extremely attentive and there are numerous activities for the residents. She loves to call Dominion her home. And we do too!

My mother was in a great memory care facility that was destroyed by the tornado on Easter Sunday. Not knowing what to do, we contacted Dominion Senior Living and we were able to move my mom within two weeks. We absolutely love Dominion and are so thanks for the care and concern they have shown my mom. We are so grateful to God for opening this door for my sweet mom. Thanks to all of you!

We have been here for a month now with my mother. It’s so true that your heart is being torn apart to leave the one that cared for you all your life in someone else’s care! Last night they blew our family out of the water with a sweetheart dance for all the residence. I haven’t seen my mother light up like she did in a long long time and we danced! In her wheelchair! Thank you Dominion for making life for these residence feel like they are seen and loved! It was amazing!

Fantastic!! This place and it's staff are wonderful! It is a very difficult thing to trust others with the care of a loved one. We had had a less than wonderful experience at a different facility so were very apprehensive at first. However, it did not take long to realize that our mom was in great hands at Dominion. The staff is very kind, patient and trustworthy. My mom had some difficulty adjusting at first (which is to be expected) but they kept me informed of her needs and we were able to get her settled in quicker than expected. The communication between Dominion and the families is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this facility to others.

My grandmother lived in Memory Care at Dominion Senior Living of Hixson from July of 2017 until her death in September of 2018. She moved from Maryland to be closer to family in Chattanooga. She not only lived, but thrived in this community. The care staff provided exceptional care and loved her well. I was fortunate enough to be able to work at this community where she lived, and was witness to the compassionate care offered to her daily. She always expressed how she felt safe and that the staff spoke kindly to her. I love that her last days were spent close by those who loved her, personal family and Dominion family included. Our experience was beyond what we could have hoped for.
