Dover Place

My father was not happy about moving to Dover Place until he found out that he could volunteer to help with all the celebrations that were had. They were always celebrating something. It kept him busy and happy most days.

My beloved wife of 51 years is in residence in the Memory Care Unit at Dover Place. She has been in residence for approximately 7 months. I am very satisfied with the level of caring professionalism displayed on an everyday basis by the staff in the Memory Care Unit. I visit almost every day and at different times during the day. The level of care is always the same. I am confident that my beloved wife is safe and is being cared for at a level that I could not provide here at home even with outside professional help. I have recommended the Dover Place Memory Care Unit to both friends and family and will continue to do so. I have nothing but good things to say about the Memory Care staff at Dover Place. It is obvious that they are well trained and well supervised. It is expensive but well worth the money to know that my beloved wife is safe and well cared for.

I was happy with the care my mother received but her checking account was debited the next month after her passing and had to call constantly and call corporate to take over a month to get the over $6000 check were owned. The manager and bookeeper ignored my calls. My mom passed away over a year ago and not sure why I'm being asked for a review now.

Very impressed with the kind, friendly, caring and helpful staff. Felt very comforted knowing Mom was in good hands. Bethann is amazing and extremely helpful/knowledgeable guiding us through the process.

Honey (my therapy dog) and I visit Dover Place on Thursdays. Honey really loves all of the attention she receives from the residents and staff. Everyone is always happy to see Honey. I love hearing the stories the residents often share about their own dogs.
