Our family has truly been blessed by the staff at Dream Catcher Community. During this stage of our mom’s life, when she requires far more care than we are able to provide ourselves, it brings us great comfort to know she is in such loving hands. Since the new management took over in Jackson, this center has truly become a warm, welcoming, and well-run community. The improvements are noticeable in every aspect—from the cleanliness of the facilities to the quality of care and attention each resident receives. I recently had a family member at the dirty nasty unsupervised place that is set back into the woods to hide how its being run. They have bed bug and the doors are not locked so anyone can come in. I'm glad my family member is no longer there to treated so badly . For the amount that is paid to care for a loved one. Th money isn't being spent on the loved one it must be going into someone's pocket like the manager. I feel sorry for the sweet helpless people that are still there. It's a shame.

Extremely rude and unprofessional office staff! Make racist remarks on the daily and there is no professionalism on that property whatsoever! I wouldn't put my ex in-laws there, or anyone else for that matter! If you want your loved ones to be well taken care of, do yourself a favor and skip over this place entirely! Staff members are taking advantage of the residents and their families. Just sickening! If I could give a no star rating I would!
