EAGLE VALLEY PERSONAL CARE HOME

Eagle Valley has been wonderful to my mother. The employees are so pleasant and nice and really caring towards the residents. If my mother needs help she pushes her button and before you know it someone is at her door checking to see what she needs. Mom also likes the food which is saying alot for my mom who is very picky. My mom was at another facility in Pleasant Gap before going to Eagle Valley and she has definitely thrived more at Eagle Valley. Our family would definitely recommend EVPCH!

Originally thought it was my dream job. Truly enjoyed the work and clients. I had been told that I needed to spend time “ sucking up to a particular client”. I did spend some additional time speaking etc but “sucking up”? I did not but apparently should have. I had taken other clients for groceries and apparently did not get to one of the clients in a time they deemed sufficient I was let go for neglect. I attempted to speak my piece to my manager and said if you had looked at cameras you would have known. I dont recommend

I am Robert and my Mother has been at Eagle Valley almost 6 years. The Staff and Owners treat her like she is their mother/grandmother. The owners and staff work with the family to ensure she receives 1st rate care. They have worked hard to keep Covid-19 out of the residence. I wish to publicly thank them for all their hard work and caring. If someone need to use their services for a loved one. They can rest easy because the staff will care for them as if they are family.

Excellent staff which matters most when my mother is concerned but the facilities were amazing! In days my mom said she felt like family with the staff. Soooo Thankful to the staff especially Nikki Bloom.
