The woman who works at the front desk is very rude, and unwelcoming. Very confused on why anyone would have someone with a poor attitude work as a receptionist...

This place is well presented and a little less expensive than some other locations. Staff is friendly and are helpful. The reason for the 3 stars is medical advice is coming from other than the medical staff; RN. Non medical staff giving alleged knowledge of conditions and their results creating fear to resident.

The physical building is lovely, and I truly believe the staff cares about the residents. However, there are two concerns that I have: 1) the Kitchen doesn’t listen to specific meal requests and is very wasteful with food portions - they are HUGE. 2) the security of the building is sorely lacking. Yes, there is a “sign in” book, but to my knowledge, admin doesn’t look at it. Basically, anyone off the street can walk right into the building and into anyone’s unlocked apartment. Not good. Here’s a suggestion: When an individual comes to visit, have the Front Desk person call the resident and ask if the visitor is expected. This would cut down on unnecessary - and potentially dangerous - entrance from someone who’s not supposed to be there.

Aunt lives there. Visited for their Christmas celebration with other family members and residents. They had multiple servers with trays upon trays of excellent hors d'oeuvres/ finger foods. Very nice facility, staff was friendly and all knew my aunt in a months time. Beautiful theatre, different rooms to eat in, very nice living spaces! I'm happy to see what a nice place my aunt is calling home!!

The Staff is very warm & Caring Management is Excellent!!!!!!...Elmbrook is a Beautiful Home inside & out...The best feeling is pulling up and getting the feeling that you are home & once you get inside Yaaaasssssss Beautiful💜❤🍾🥂...The Food is fit for a King & Queen and that's just what their community is filled with Kings & Queens👑
