Elmcroft of Brentwood

I always think it’s a good sign when a company has happy and friendly staff, this place does. We love the staff and the Director. They know how to have fun and they care. There are some cosmetic improvements needed here and there, but 5 stars nevertheless. My father is happy, that’s evident!

My dad spent 2 years at American House Brentwood. We were extremely thankful for the quality of care he received. The staff were truly a Godsend to our family. Highly recommended to anyone who needs assisted living and memory care.

We truly had an amazing experience with the entire team…my dad was well cared for and we had no worries! The food was delicious, the activities plentiful and the staff - who truly became family - were exceptional! Stephanie and Tammy, we are forever grateful! American House offers a family feel in their community, and their team is very dedicated. Some caregivers have been there almost 20 years, which says a lot! If you are looking for yourself, a friend, or a family member ask for Anna and she will take good care of you throughout the move in process. She is outstanding.

Our recent visit to American House was warm and inviting. Anna, the Community Relations Director, was knowledgeable and caring. She exemplifies the level of care and empathy that promotes positivity within the community residents she serves. We were introduced to Barry the Executive Director, who was very personable and approachable. Everyone from the Kitchen staff, housekeeping, were professional, and conveyed a personal sense of pride for each of their residents. I would without reservation recommend American House to any family looking for a place for their loved ones. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence are clearly reflected in this facility
