Elmcroft of Hamilton Place

Warm, welcoming, and truly feels like home! The staff at American House Hamilton Place are experienced and caring, and the beautiful grounds create a peaceful atmosphere. Excellent assisted living and memory care in a great location!

My Aunt was recently admitted to this facility on the memory care unit and she Loves it😃. It is an Awesome place. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff is so attentive to her needs as well as ours when we visit. So far we have No complaints. We spoke with Gerald a lot to get her admitted and he worked with us and had Excellent communication. Keeping us informed on everything going on with her. The ladies in the Business Office Michelle and the Executive Director Maria were great in explaining everything about payment and informing us about care. The nurse when we visited named Trenelle was Great. I can tell she Loves her job, very attentive to the patients. Overall this is a Great facility and I Highly recommend it‼️

We are so grateful to have found American House for our family. The process of putting a loved one in memory care is very difficult, but they were amazingly helpful and caring. My father is in the memory care unit at American House. My family & I love the care & kindness that he receives. There is a true community feeling in the memory care unit. The staff & residents feel like family. I also have to add how wonderful the staff have been to me and my family as we flounder with emotions on dealing with this new stage in Daddy’s life. - AG 10/21/24

I had the pleasure of visiting Elmcroft for the first time for a networking meeting. I can say that the food was good, the company even better and the residents the best! We thank Sharon for the awesome job! This small facility is what you would call charming and homey for sure.
