Elmcroft of Johnson City

We moved my father-in-law into here last month and he loves it. I love how attentive the staff is. Tammy, the Executive Director, made this transition so easy for us and patiently answered all of our questions and guided us through the new resident process. The nurses, attendants, and dining staff are friendly and very competent at their jobs. We are completely happy with American House Johnson City.

Very happy with American house in Johnson City . They treat my dad like a member of their family . He has made some friends there and the nursing care is top notch . I live far away and it’s a comfort to know he is being treated so well .

The staff and the administration at American House are AMAZING!!! They have made the transition to assisted living for my father so wonderful. My dad is beyond happy to be living at this facility. He loves the food, and the assistants that help him with his daily routine are always friendly and supportive. Thank you so much to the staff at American House for taking such good care of my Dad. I am so grateful!

This was the only assisted living that was straight forward with pricing and does not try and nickel you with all the little charges. The employees are an absolute joy and made us feel comfortable from the second we walked into the door. The common areas are bright and cheery and the residents are friendly! My mom is taking the next step to be able to live independently but with the services she needs readily Available to her! Check this place out! You will not be disappointed!!
