Elmcroft of Kingsport

My Dad moved into this facility in June of 2025. His medical condition has improved significantly since he has been here. The staff here take excellent care of him, and he is very happy. I’m very thankful that I don’t have to worry about him being taken care of now. Thank you to the staff for taking such good care of my father. ♥️

Such a clean , calm atmosphere with so many activities and gatherings to keep my mom out of her room and mingling with her peers . Nursing staff IS taking such good care of her . She loves the food and her room was startlingly small for someone coming from a fairly large home but we have ALL adjusted to its size and the fact that some call it her home , we call it her bedroom as she really isn’t in it much except for dressing , bathroom and sleeping. Mom is HOME ♥️

This place is great! They've hired a new Director Sherry and she is so helpful and is making great changes for the residents. She has been very helpful to us and we are happy about the change. Attended family night and it was amazing, the decor was beautiful, food was absolutely delicious and all the staff was so engaged. Thank you all!!!

I cannot say enough about the impact this community has had on our family. When we were overwhelmed and uncertain, the sales person stepped in with clarity, compassion, and unwavering support. They treated my parent with dignity from day one and helped them regain joy, purpose, and connection. The staff here don’t just do a job — they change lives. This community gave us our peace of mind back, and for that, I will be forever grateful.

I want to say thank you to Elissa and the team at the American House Kingsport. They have helped me so much in this hard time. The staff truly engages and cares about us.
